FOP--Ace and Auntie

And my struggle to draw hands continues. Cripes I have such problems with hands.

So here are my versions of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda. AC's 'translation' came directly from a version my sweetie did a while back, which can also be found in my gallery. (Right here, in fact --> [link] ) I liked the look of AC's hair slicked back, and thought Cap had an excellent idea. (AC is so sophisticated, why WOULDN'T he comb his hair back?) So that's how I draw him.

Anti-Wanda, on the other hand, went thru numerous translations before I found one that seemed to fit her. She strikes me as a down-to-earth type gal, fresh from the farm so to speak, so she wouldn't necessarily fuss with keeping those big curls in her hair like her colorful counterpart. So her big ol' bangs would simply hang free, with just a hint of curl at the end. I still don't have a definite outfit for her, because nothing seemed just right, so I gave her a slightly longer sleeved blouse.

I also modified their skin and hair colors, mostly because they're too freaking monochromatic otherwise. Darn Butch for making them so freakin' blue.

Anyway, there you have it. I sketched these MONTHS ago, on two different sheets of paper. There was actually a different AW that went with this AC, but I liked this AW's face much better. I'll probably post the sketches at some point too. I always seem to like them better than the finished image!
